I'm a laid back Christian guy with a spontaneous side that loves to leap out when least expected, just to keep life interesting. I have a good sense of humor and try to be respectful, compassionate, and understanding. I'm a romantic at heart, and passionate when moved to be. I try to be a good person and don't often let others influence me negatively. I enjoy working out, jogging, golf, sports, a good movie (and some bad ones), being outside doing almost anything, concerts, and weekend road trips. After a long break, I'm taking up mountain biking again. I love listening to my favorite music. You'll find me with my mp3 player at the gym and running in the park. Can't get enough music! Being a bit of an introvert, I have a close circle of friends, both male and female, and the friendships tend to be very strong. I am faithful and true, as are my friends. i will like to say a little about me in my own words ,,, I'm single healthy, in excellent shape, proportionally built, and fit.My best attribute if you want to call it that would be my sense of humor.I have good manners and can be taken out in public. My wife died six years ago, and since I was in a long period of bereavement, I did not have any relationships with any women for five and half years.
